STC only use highly qualified trainers with proven experience of developing training programmes from concept of the work, to delivery and evaluation of the course.

All Trainers employed by STC have hands on experience in the industrial work environment, so can relate to trainees views and aspects of their work environment.

Training programmes can be designed to meet specific organisational or individual needs and requirements.

STC Ltd also offer a Consultancy Service that many of our customers find beneficial (especially those located on site). We can conduct site visits/audits followed by a fully comprehensive report showing which parts of current legislation/regulations the company is complying with, and which parts may need to be addressed. We can then offer follow up visits to make sure any changes that may be required are enforced.
We also offer the production of Company Policies; from the smallest local companies to large international companies.
